What exactly does SzMuri do?
We develop and build industrial tools, manufacture products in-house, or identify reliable production partners. We oversee the entire manufacturing process — from the initial concept to the final quality inspection prior to export.
Where does SzMuri produce?
Our partner factories are located in China, Malaysia, India, Vietnam, Germany, and the Philippines. All projects are coordinated directly from our base in Shenzhen.
What kind of products can be manufactured?
Basically anything that requires a tool — from plastic or metal parts to complex assemblies. Whether it's a banana-shaped pen or precision machinery, we make serial production possible.
Can I provide my own design or idea?
Absolutely. Many projects start with a sketch or CAD file. We turn it into the right tool and manage the entire production process.
How does quality inspection work?
Before shipment, our inspectors check your goods on-site according to international standards. You receive a detailed inspection report with photos and measurements — before the container leaves Asia.
Does SzMuri help find a suitable factory?
Yes. We research, vet, and negotiate with the right producers to ensure your product is made efficiently, safely, and at a fair price.
What does Kaizen mean at SzMuri?
Kaizen is an additional service offered exclusively to our existing clients. It's a practical coaching approach designed to improve internal processes within your own production environment.
How fast can a project start?
Usually within just a few days. Once we receive your product data or sample, tool development can begin immediately.
How is communication handled?
In English, German, or Chinese — depending on your preference. You'll have a dedicated contact person guiding you through every step.
